SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

1. YOUR SHIPPING PACKAGE

1. Packages are generally shipped between Monday and Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays, after the order confirmation is sent. Products will be delivered within 2 (two) business days of bank credit if payment by bank transfer is chosen. Shipping charges include the cost of packaging and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group items into a single order. You cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will be applied to each. The package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

2. In order to offer you the best service and ensure fast delivery all over the world, we ship with UPS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, SDA. Shipping rates vary depending on the type of shipment and destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at the time of payment. We try to ship all orders within 24 hours (orders accepted before 12 noon CET will be shipped the same day). Shipping times are for reference only and the shipping date is not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes. We offer two shipping options: Economy (3-4 day delivery) and Express (24/48 hours on business days).

2. DELIVERIES IN ITALY WITH CASH ON DELIVERY

COD delivery service is not provided.

3. DELIVERIES TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Due to customs policies, some Russian regions may have limitations on the order amount for shipments from abroad.
- These restrictions do not apply to deliveries to Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, Samara, Khabarovsk, Togliatti, Murmansk and other cities;
- For the cities of Sochi, Volgograd, Yaroslavl, Bryansk, Kaluga and Stavropol, the maximum value of products sold per month is 1,000 euros;
- For some smaller cities, the limit is 200 euros.

4. INSURANCE

We insure each purchase during the transit period until delivery. A signature is required for delivery of the goods; at that point, responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the customer. If you are not the recipient of the purchase (such as a gift order), the person who signs for the package acknowledges receipt and is responsible for the package.

5. FEES AND TAXES

Orders are shipped DAP ("Delivered at Place"), so prices quoted are exclusive of customs taxes and duties. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the country to which the shipment is made, and their payment is required to release the order from customs upon arrival. Since we are unable to provide guidance on the amount of these taxes, we encourage our customers to check local taxes and duties before placing an order. Our online store ships worldwide with DHL UPS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, CRONO INTERNATIONAL and shipping charges are already included in the final order amount.

6. RESTITUTION PROCESS

7.1 The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the works purchased on the store davidecristofaro.com.

7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an e-mail to the address [email protected], indicating the order number and the works you wish to return. The Seller will send an acknowledgement of receipt of the return request via e-mail.

7.3 The Consumer shall return the works to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of the works. The works must be returned undamaged, unused, in the original packaging, with the identification tag and seal still attached. Shipping costs for the return of works are the responsibility of the Consumer.

7.4 The Seller will refund the price of the returned works, including the initial shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days from the day it receives the returned works from the Consumer, using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

7.5 There is no right of withdrawal for custom artwork or artwork created on commission. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they have conformity defects or hidden defects.

7. EXCHANGE SERVICE

We do not currently offer a replacement service. Please return items and place a new order for the correct item online. Please note that items purchased at a retail store cannot be exchanged at the davidecristofaro.com store.
