"FANNY" - WORK IN PROGRESS

BE INSPIRED

laura 600 home
I met Artist Davide Cristofaro through Facebook while searching for people interested in art, when I came across his work, I was amazed by his talent. Davide knows how to find inspiration in everything he observes. He had wanted to paint my eldest daughter by seeing her from a picture, not knowing what I should expect, so he asked my permission. He kept me informed of the progress of the work and I can imagine the result. I got to know him as he used colors on canvas and experienced and felt the passion of his art. Some time later, he sent me a photo of the completed work entitled "Laura" Every Day Happiness. I could not believe my eyes! It was not a rough portrait, it tasted of sweetness -- that's my daughter's soul!
I was left speechless. Impossible not to get this work, I could not help myself, and once it was dry, it was packed and protected in a wooden box and sent to my address. I saw a picture, I was about to find out the truth. Once again, I was flooded with emotion emanating from the portrait. A question came to my mind: how can a young artist create a masterpiece if he has not been touched by grace? "Many people call themselves painters, but Davide Cristofaro is a pearl among many empty shells." Some time later, he met my youngest daughter and had the crazy desire to have her as a model and thus the work "Fanny" Rise Up, Fight and Live Forever was born. To make this work, she kept the same technique used, almost the same colors, so both works could represent one whole painting. The end result was equally breathtaking; it was once again able to capture the soul of my youngest daughter. I never tire of contemplating these two paintings, and the few people who had a chance to see them were all left speechless.
I want to thank Davide Cristofaro for the happiness he has given me through his artistic gift, and I hope that all art lovers will one day be able to admire his paintings.
